They call this a diet….
I don’t crave sweets often, but when I do…I go in hard! Enjoy!
NOTE: erythritol and stevia are meant to be used together. Stevia is a sweetener enhancer. So, if your having trouble with your recipes, try it. Erythritol has a slightly “cooling effect” and stevia can have a somewhat bitter after taste. Together, they cancel the after tastes out. Look for my post coming soon if you want to know the science behind it!

Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp crushed walnuts
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Soften the cream cheese and butter in the microwave and beat till fluffy.

Add the erythritol, stevia and vanilla. Beat.

Add the eggs and cream. Mix well. NOTE: The batter may look like it's separating here, but will correct in the next step

Add the dry ingredients, mix well.

Add peanut butter and walnuts to the batter and mix.

Pour into a parchment lined tray and bake for 40 minutes at 350° or till a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.

Let rest for about 15 minutes before cutting. These will freeze well, or can be stored at room temperature for several days
