They call this a diet….
I don’t crave sweets often, but when I do…I go in hard! Enjoy!
NOTE: erythritol and stevia are meant to be used together. Stevia is a sweetener enhancer. So, if your having trouble with your recipes, try it. Erythritol has a slightly “cooling effect” and stevia can have a somewhat bitter after taste. Together, they cancel the after tastes out. Look for my post coming soon if you want to know the science behind it!
- Soften the cream cheese and butter in the microwave and beat till fluffy.
- Add the eggs and cream. Mix well. NOTE: The batter may look like it's separating here, but will correct in the next step
Add the dry ingredients, mix well.
Pour into a parchment lined tray and bake for 40 minutes at 350° or till a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
- Let rest for about 15 minutes before cutting. These will freeze well, or can be stored at room temperature for several days
